P.S. As you may have noticed we decided to hold off on partnering everybody up until we can see who is actively participating in the calls. It would be very discouraging if some managers ended up with a partner that wasn't serious about the program.

1. After reading the Management Toolkit tab on Feedback/Feed Forward how would you personally define feedback? How about Feed Forward?

2. Why do you feel that continuous feedback/ feed forward that is given on the spot carries more benefits vs. only discussing issues periodically?

3. Why do you think that consistent feedback is an important part of “growing your team”?

4. Think of situation where you were given feedback. How did it make you feel? Was there anything that you would have changed about the situation?

5. Think of a situation where you were the one giving the feedback. Were you comfortable in the position? Looking back now would you change anything?
